I would like to once again express my sincere gratitude for your help in arranging the rental. Although I approached the situation at the last minute, you responded instantly to my inquiry and provided all the information I needed. Scheduling a viewing wasn’t a matter of weeks or days, but hours. Since this was my last planned viewing, I immediately confirmed my interest in the apartment after seeing it. You didn’t hesitate, and within two hours of my decision, I had all the documents from the real estate agency in my email. Moreover, even during the evening hours outside working time, you promptly prepared a draft lease agreement, which highlights your dedication and work ethic. From my decision (around 7 PM) I had all necessary documents, including the lease draft, within a few hours (around 10 PM), and together with the cooperative landlord, we were able to proceed with the final steps the very next day. I am truly grateful for your impressive, friendly, and swift service. I must also emphasize your very personal approach from the very first call, which was conducted in an exceptionally friendly manner. Additionally, I want to mention that I was initially very skeptical of real estate agencies and had planned to handle the rental without one. However, dealing with you completely changed my perspective, and if I ever need similar services in the future, I will certainly turn to you first with pleasure. Using a real estate agency is definitely not outdated, and when working with someone like you, it is a very positive experience worth it. It’s fantastic when someone can advise, provide all information, and arrange everything extremely quickly :).
