INSTINKT REALITY was founded as a real estate agency that brings together two things that, unfortunately, do not often meet in this industry: a high level of expertise and a genuinely human approach.

I have been active in real estate, law, and negotiations for many years. Together with my team, we handle both standard property sales and complex cases – legal defects, co-ownership situations, family and neighbor disputes, as well as development and investment projects. Every transaction is built on thorough preparation, legal certainty, and experience gained from thousands of successfully completed deals.

At the same time, I know that behind every property there is a personal story, emotions, and often tension within families or between partners. That is why we communicate clearly, explain every step, and look for solutions that make sense not only “on paper,” but also for the people involved.
